It allows you to compare all other bakery brand’s item’s that suit your preferences of order.

While ordering items from any bakery application user have to going through complicated ordering process and there is nothing available regarding customization of cake item and packaging facility.

Qualitative research involves in depth exploration and understanding of user experiences, behaviors and motivations. In the context of our application design, qualitative research will provide rich insights for the emotional and psychological aspects of user’s needs and preferences, which thus helping us to develop the improvements and pattern for application design where quantitative research alone may not capture.

  1. Most of the user feeling confused and facing difficulties about ordering process, key insights is to simplify the ordering process by removing unnecessary steps and process.
  2. Most of the user unable to upload their own design for birthday cake modification. Key insights is to add an option for upload own image and text, that to be display on the customizable cake design.
  3. Qualitative findings underscore the high value placed on peer recommendation and cake ordering decision making. Trust in cake lovers insight is a key factor, reinforcing the significance of cake lovers content.
  4. Most of the user feel frustrated as there is no preview screen available for the selected packaging facility, key insight is user need an preview screen to know what they choose before screen to know what they choose.
  5. Most of the user did not clear how to add any extra items to the existing order, key insight is need an button for adding of any other items to existing order.
